What to Bring?

  • A good set of boots, preferably hiking boots with good ankle support
  • Preferably long trousers like jeans (not your best pair)
  • Something to eat and lots to drink (No alcohol during trainingl)
  • Extra strong sun block and a hat
  • Insect repellent
  • Deck chairs and an umbrella
  • Warm clothes for early mornings and evenings
  • Sense of humour
